Important Policies
Please read the following policies before booking your appointment:
- COVID-19 Safety: A face mask is required during your appointment to ensure the safety of all clients. If you do not have a mask, your appointment will be rescheduled.
- Booking Notice: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Security Deposit: A $20 non-refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. If you choose to pay the full amount upfront, it is also non-refundable.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be charged the full amount.
- No Call/No Show: If you miss your appointment without notifying me, you will be charged the full amount of your service.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving 10 minutes late will incur an additional $20 charge. Appointments will be canceled if you are 15 minutes late.
- Payment Methods: I accept PayPal, Cash App, and cash payments.
- No Extra Guests or Children: Please attend your appointment alone.
- Makeup-Free: Arrive with no makeup. If makeup removal is necessary, an additional $10 fee will be charged for a Lash Bath.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied, please notify me within 24 hours. Once you leave, I cannot make any adjustments.
